Gangster Faheem Khan of Wasseypur, who is serving life sentence in Ghagidih Jail, was brought to Jamshedpur Lower Registration Office on the orders of Dhanbad court on Saturday. Wasseypur gangster Faheem Khan, who is serving life term in Jamshedpur’s Ghagidih Central Jail, handed over his land located in Dhanbad to his wife Rizwana Parveen. On Saturday, he was taken from the jail to the Jamshedpur Under-Registration Office at 11:50 am under police protection. There were also tight security arrangements. The police had cleared the crowd. Advocate SK Mittal had prepared the papers related to the power of attorney.
On the request of the police, the registration office got the paper formalities completed soon. Around 1:00 pm, the police went to jail with Faheem. Faheem’s wife Rizwana had made an application in the court of Dhanbad to get the power of attorney of the land in her name. On the orders of the court, the paperwork was completed by taking Faheem from jail to Jamshedpur Lower Registration Office. Faheem has given power of attorney to his wife for 13.30 decimils (about eight katthas) of land located in Matkuria of Dhanbad zone.
