Management’s decision: Families of Juska workers who lost their lives from Corona will also get the benefit of Kovid Protection Scheme

Like Tata Steel, now in Juska too, if the employee is defeated by Karena, his family members will get the benefit of the Kovid-19 Family Protection Scheme. Taking a decision in this regard, Juska management has informed the employees about it. Under the scheme in the company, a dependent (son or daughter) of the employee who lost his life between March 2020 to March 2022 will be given IB, Acting, Night Shift Allowance, TPR till the last Basic and DA till 60 years of service period of the employee. Except all other allowances, the amount will be available every month.

Along with this, there will also be an increase of 1000 rupees per annum. Apart from this, quarters will be allowed to be kept for three years. On leaving the quarter, 10 percent of the basic and DA of the deceased will be given house rent allowance every month from that date till the age of retirement. If the deceased employee had not taken quarters, his family would get HRA immediately. 50 thousand rupees will be available for shifting the family anywhere in the country. Apart from this, the company will give one lakh rupees annually for the education of two children till graduation.
