The police have arrested Mohammad Shafiq.

Mohamed Shafiq, a Rohingya resident of Myanmar (Burma) living in Nuh (Mewat), has been arrested by the police. Police spokesman Krishna said that on Tuesday, City Police Station SHO Krishna Kumar got information that a Rohingya resident of Myanmar (Burma) Mohammad Shafiq son Haq Abdul who lives in a slum in the land given by the government in village Shahpur Nangli Nuh.

The said person has got a fake Aadhar card made in the name of Sahil Khan son Yusub Khan resident of Aunt (Jind) with the intention of committing any crime. Police immediately raided the information and arrested the accused Mohammad Shafiq and recovered the UNHCR card and refugee certificate from his possession in which his name is Mohammed Shafiq and a fake Aadhaar card in which the photo of Mohammad Shafiq is of the above and the name of Sahil Khan. Police took the accused into custody and registered a case at Nuh City Police Station. Police have started investigation. The accused Rohingya Mohammed Shafiq is being interrogated intensively. Police produced the accused in Nuh court on Wednesday and took him on police remand.
