Investigation has revealed that Shweta was operating this app at the behest of one of her companions sitting in Nepal.
Police will bring Shweta Singh of Uttarakhand, arrested in the ‘Bulli Bai’ app case, from Rudrapur to Mumbai today. This 18-year-old girl is being told as the mastermind of this entire game. Many members had switched off their mobiles as soon as the investigation came to light, but the mobile of 18-year-old Shweta Singh, a resident of Adarsh Colony in Rudrapur, was on. Based on this, the Mumbai Police team came to Rudrapur and arrested the accused girl through surveillance.
Investigation has revealed that apart from Nepal, Delhi, Maharashtra, Bengaluru, educated youth of many states were connected to the app. Police is now looking for them too. In this case, the third accused named Mayank has been detained by the Mumbai Police. Shweta’s father died last year due to corona infection and her mother died of cancer a few months before that. Shweta has one elder sister and one younger sister. His brother is still studying in school. He is currently studying engineering.
Shweta was running a fake twitter account
Shweta’s elder sister has graduated in commerce. Shweta is also preparing for engineering entrance. Shweta started a fake Twitter handle named JattKhalsa07. This handle was being used to upload hate posts and objectionable photos and comments. The people associated with him also believed in this ideology.
Was working at the behest of her friend sitting in Nepal
According to sources, the accused Shweta was working on the behest of a friend sitting in Nepal. Its name is being told as Giou. Police is in touch with Nepal Police regarding its role. Apart from this, the talk of some other people being involved in this whole game is also coming to the fore. Shweta was detained from Udham Singh Nagar district and then Mumbai Police officials sought transit remand till January 5. His name was revealed in his interrogation by Vishal Jha, who was earlier arrested in Bengaluru.
Did Shweta take this path due to lack of money?
Shweta’s father used to work in a private company. Even after the salary was low, his family was living a happy life, but after the death of the parents, the responsibility of the family had fallen on Shweta’s elder sister and Shweta herself.
