The real crime will now be registered at Ajni police station in Nagpur.

In fact, there were three important stages in this robbery. Victim Amar Thakur is a resident of Bajrang Nagar Nagpur (Maharashtra) near Siddheshwar Hall. Both the robbers had made the booking in Nagpur. In MP’s Bargi area, miscreants had given him an intoxicating drink to make him unconscious. At the same time, the miscreants left the victim in an unconscious state in the Madan Mahal area of ​​the city. After no trace of him for two days, his family members lodged a missing complaint at Ajni police station in Nagpur. When the case of robbery and poisoning came to the fore, the police of all the three police stations of both the states kept on arguing for not registering the FIR.

On July 12, the robbers first tried to book a car for Pachmarhi.

The story begins on 12 July. Amar Thakur, along with father Ramesh Thakur, books a taxi on hire under the name Thakur Tours and Travels at home. On July 12, a call came to Amar Thakur from the number 9325704609. On the other hand, the name Zulfikar Saifi was told. Talked to Amar about booking Pachmarhi, but Amar Thakur refused. On July 13, Zulfiqar again got a call from the same number. This time there was a booking to go to Jabalpur, so he got ready.

According to Amar Thakur, Zulfikar and another youth had boarded his car on July 13 at around 11 am. Both the youths in the age group of 30-35 told that they work in a company. Have to go to different cities. Zulfikar had given his Aadhar card for booking a taxi car. It was an 11 hour up-down journey. Amar had asked to return home by night. But he did not return till late at night. When others including father Ramesh called on his mobile, it was found switched off. After waiting for Amar till the afternoon of July 14, the father reached the Ajni police station and lodged the missing person’s son.

The car had crossed at Bargi toll naka at 4.20 pm.

The robbers stopped the car at Prabhuraj Service Center between Seoni-Bargi at around 4 pm on July 13 regarding both the youths who booked here. At the dhaba, both ate samosas and ordered cold drinks. In between, Amar was removed from their midst to be fresh. When he returned, a cold drink was found on the table of the dhaba in a glass for him too. According to Amar, after drinking it, he could hardly drive 15 km. It was dark before his eyes and the car started swaying. On this, both the youths stopped the car from him and made him sit in the back seat. One of the youths started driving himself. In no time he fainted.

24 regained consciousness after hours

Amar regained consciousness after 24 hours at around 6.30 pm on July 14. He was lying on the footpath outside Madanmahal railway station. However, the effect of the poison had not completely subsided. Looking around, the car was missing. He felt that he had not parked in the parking lot. Also saw two or three parking lots. He kept trying to remember. When he did not understand anything, he reached the Madanmahal police station. But seeing his condition, the police was scolding him and driving him away. Three times he went to the police station. The policemen thought that someone might have come under the influence of alcohol.

The victim had complained to ASP Gopal Khandel on July 15.

15 Fully conscious in July

Amar regained his senses completely on July 15. After this he narrated the incident to a constable of FRV. Told that two youths had booked his car from Nagpur. After Seoni, before the bargi, at a dhaba, he made her unconscious by drinking an intoxicating cold drink. His car, mobile, 7 thousand of booking and 11 thousand rupees from him were robbed. Told the family members about it from the mobile of the policeman. After reaching the SP office, he told the same to ASP Crime Gopal Khandel and ASP City Rohit Kashwani.

16 rotated all day

Hearing Amar’s ordeal, Madanmahal police station and two constables of crime branch kept roaming from Dhaba to toll naka all day on 15th and 16th July. His family members had also reached from Nagpur. It is clearly visible in the Bargi toll naka that he is lying unconscious in the back seat and was holding a staring among the robbers. The car had crossed the Bargi toll naka at 4.20 pm on July 13 and then crossed the Sihora toll naka at 7.21 pm. Whereas the journey from Bargi to Sihora toll naka is one hour. The robbers spent about two hours in the city. Only one robber is visible in CCTV at Sihora toll naka. Meaning the other got off somewhere in the middle.

No one was getting ready to register FIR

This was an incident with Amar, but the real problem was bigger than that. Amar hoped that if he was found unconscious in the Madanmahal area, the police would register an FIR here. But the TI here taught him CrPC. Said that he was given cold drink in the dhaba of Bargi area, an FIR would be registered there. When the victim reached there, the TI there came forward two steps. Said that his missing is registered in Nagpur, there FI will be registered or the case will be registered in the police station where he is found unconscious (Madanmahal). The Ajni police of Nagpur had argued that if the whole incident happened in MP, then the FIR would be registered there.

The officers took out the middle way

On July 16, the victim left for Nagpur after meeting the Jabalpur officials. On July 17, he spoke to Madanmahal TI of Jabalpur on his phone. After this Madanmahal TI spoke to Ajni TI of Nagpur. Then it was decided that you settle the zero and transfer the case diary. Also, send whatever has come out in the investigation together. After that, a case of poisoning and robbery was registered on cumin in Madan Mahal, Jabalpur. According to Madanmahal TI Neeraj Verma, a missing person was registered at Ajni police station, due to which the case diary has been transferred there.

The Aadhar card of Zulfikar, who booked the car, was mentioned as a female transgender. Address as Father Habib Saifi, Near 4th Bridge Shop No. 1, Ranital Gorakhpur, Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh 482001. The fourth bridge in Jabalpur falls on the border of Gorakhpur and Omati police stations. Ranital falls under Lordganj police station and is about 5 km away from the fourth bridge.
