A shocking case has come to light in Khed Tehsil of Pune. Here the lover and his friend, who took the girl away, were beaten to death by the girl’s family members. After the murder, the bodies of both were recovered from a hotel in Chakan area. The accused also beat up the girl badly. He is also being treated in the hospital in a serious condition. Showing speed in this case, the police have arrested 9 people, including the girl’s father and a hotel businessman.
Senior police inspector Ashok Rajput said, a 21-year-old girl from Karanjvihire (Tal Khed), Balu had left on July 14 with Sitaram Gawade (26) and a boy named Rahul Dattatreya Gawade (26). Both Sitaram and Rahul used to work in a brick kiln and the girl was identified with Sitaram. The girl’s father is a hotelier and he owns a big hotel in Karanjvihire. The deceased Balu Sitaram Gawde is said to be already married.
After the incident, a team of police reached the spot to investigate.
According to the information, the friendship between the two turned into love and as soon as the girl’s family came to know about this, they stopped leaving the girl’s house. After this, on July 14, Sitaram and Rahul somehow reached the girl’s house and took her with them. After this, the family members of both got information about their disappearance and the girl’s family registered a case of kidnapping of the girl at Chakan police station.
The relatives have also tried to mutilate the faces of both the deceased.
The girl’s family found all three in just 24 hours
However, after about 24 hours, the girl’s family along with both the boys traced her and they brought the three to their hotel. It is alleged that he was tortured in a room right here. They were beaten up with sticks, sticks and iron rods. Later, someone informed the police about this matter and a team of Chakan police station reached the spot and recovered the bodies of both of them from a room.
